Janet is Britney's biggest influence, she loves her and pays homage a lot. She also said Slave 4 U was inspired by If. A lot of her other videos also have Janet influences:

• Stronger - references Miss You Much and Pleasure Principle chair routines, inspired to use Joseph Kahn after Janet worked with him for Doesn't Really Matter
• (You Drive Me) Crazy - chair routine inspired by Miss You Much, 'Stop!' part reference to "Nasty" video
• Don't Let Me Be the Last to Know - Inspired by Love Will Never Do video
• Me Against the Music - Inspired by choreography and fashion of I Get Lonely and Alrite, uses same director as IGL
• Womanizer - Inspired by choreography of Rock Witchu Tour (said in For the Record)
• Ooh La La - Opening scene reference to "Nasty" movie theater scene

The hallway scenes in Everytime also seem inspired by I Get Lonely.

All her singles would've slayed if she wasn't blacklisted..can't believe they did that to her and nothing happened to Justin when he's the one who pulled it out. SMH

I just watched Why Did I Get Married Too a couple of days ago, and I must say I was amazed at Janet's acting skills. I don't know if she's acclaimed or slammed or whatever, but I personally really enjoyed her acting.

I know Mariah likes Janet. I think she, along with Whitney, are Janet's two ppl she confides in within the industry. At Oprah's legend's ball, Mariah and Janet were together a lot - at least in the shots that aired. They were supposedly supposed to remake "Making Love In The Rain" some time back in 2006, but that all fell thru.
