But did you notice what Justin Timberlake did? He went back to working. And that's why he came out of that wardrobe malfunction "controversy" unscathed, because he hardly even acknowledged it to begin with. Timberlake and Stewart had good PR agents, Jackson and Deen did not.

Janet Jackson should have stayed silent, went back to work, and never apologized.

Vin is right. The "apology tour" is why I had to quit being supportive (stanning) for Janet. It was a weak moment and I can't find the admiration in that. I look for women to be strong and stand their ground, so it devastated me when I saw Janet apologizing for something I don't think needed apology. It was a mistake, it should have been left as that.
