I think I read it's mid-2015 so the tour could be over by then.

Or maybe she really is planning on releasing Act 2 at the end of 2014 and will also tour all of 2015 who knows.

You sign up, get a code which you can then use when the tickets go on sale for LM. I'm sure they will update us when exactly.

Also important: In the US all packages (m&g etc) went on sale when the LM tickets went on sale! Not days later when the general public could buy.
