I'm not a good example of a "hater," especially when you're citing one of my favorite works.
As for the Shakira album, you're right that it didn't "sell" 20 million WW, but it did sell considerably more than the Mediatraffic numbers.
according to official receipts LS sold ~9m.. according to media traffic 13m.. media not included all countries but 20 millons not posible.. max.14m now days..
