The whole decay theme is too sad & unrelatable. She needs something fun again. I feel like ARTPOP was supposed to be "fun" but it ended up being a pretentious & ugly mess. The album cover alone makes me wanna vomit.
All Gaga has to do to win back her fans is something very simple: do an EP (preferably titled The Fame: Radio) and make Nothing On But The Radio the lead single.
