This is key. I'd take a Gaga song, MV or performance over any of the other pop girls because it's more my thing. I can appreciate a good bop from the others, but I'm here for Gaga's style because in my opinion it's so far ahead of the others. I think she has the potential to be more commercially successful again but regardless I'm here for her new stuff that she puts out. A new MV from Gaga gets me far more excited than an entire new era from Bey, Katy, Britney, Pink, Miley, Demi, Xtina, Madonna, Kesha, Clarkson, etc.

This is true NONE of the other pop girls excite me or even interest me enough. I haven't listened to Bey's album or even seen the Wrecking Ball vid Idk about her seeing commercial success again but we'll see

He is/was her co-manager, he worked for Troy. So she hired her old manager's assistant the same way she hired her old choreographer's assistant

Bey's new album is... okay. There are no amazing songs, and it's not her best record, but she's a big star right now so it was bound to do well. A MV for each song is a great tool, but all the MVs are terrible... seriously they aren't being dragged due to the album's sales otherwise they'd be destroyed. Bangerz is a terrible album for the most part, and the WB video if nothing else helped make a hit out of one of the best songs from that album. Adore You is flopping like crazy right now because the shock factor from Miley is now saturated so her nips in a MV is a borrrrring.

PRISM will stay well ahead of sales compared to ARTPOP, but all non-Gaga stans are acting as if it's a masterpiece compared to ARTPOP when realistically it's safer than TD and was lead by the single most basic song Katy has ever released.

Gaga's album, music videos, live performances and soon-to-be-tour will outdo the other pop girls in my opinion, just perhaps not commercially.

He's essentially been her manager with Troy since the BTW era. It was always going to be him. The bigger news is that Cheek To Cheek is due out in the Fall now apparently.

Eh the quality of everything she has been creating the past 2 eras have been kinda suckish. Either that or everyone else seriously stepped up their game

What is up with all the rude behavior on this board (ATRL) regarding Gaga? Like.. drag and kii all you want, it's fun, but some people (a lot) cross the gap to be hurtful and rude. Wonder if this is how people treated Christina on here during Bionic/Lotus. I'm tired of it - you never see me tear another artist apart because I know how important their fav is to them and I don't get turned on by making them upset.

BTW the album > TF. ARTPOP isn't bad, but it's a step down for sure. Everyone expecting her to keep churning out TFM LPs are delusional really. She was never going to maintain that level of "perfection" with her subsequent releases because she doesn't put out the type of record twice. There are amazing songs on BTW and ARTPOP still.

MV-wise, I'd take Gaga's over the basicness of virtually every other pop girl's. The one we've gotten from the ARTPOP-era is better than any of Beyonce's MVs this era and better than the two PRISM and three Bangerz ones.

Tour-wise the others don't compare. Gaga's live performance >>>>>>>>

Gaga declined from TFM but is still streets ahead of the others.
