Was Rumour Has It ever a single? I know it reached #16 on BBH100, but was it release or was just spontaneously played by radio stations?

It was the 4th single and ended up going top ten on pop, adult pop, adult contemporary (?), and overall radio. The only thing that held it back from really entering the top ten on the Hot 100 was that it wasn't available for streaming.
I'm sure sales played a factor, too. The album had already sold 9 million copies by then, so who else would buy the single?
It still went 2x platinum - quite impressive for a diamond-selling album.
