Did anything weird happen?
It wasn't anything hugely weird. We had candles all over the place, and some of them blew out after the spirit said "Goodbye".
We made contact with a spirit named Dave, who the host (Kristin, my friend; we used the ouija board in her house) has apparently talked to several times. Dave was 18, and died in 1929. Apparently, he was in love with a girl named Sara in his school, and she died in a fire, so he killed himself.
We asked him where he was from, and he tried to spell "Iowa" but I believe it came out something like "Owxa" because the indicator wasn't moving properly.
He also called us funny, saying we were rather humorous, but when I asked "Are we a good group of kids?" he spelled out "Eh".
Then I asked him where he died, and the indicator moved to "Goodbye" and two candles blew out.
It's so beautiful to see the kind souls giving Asylum the loving she deserves. Sister Jude, Lana Banana, Sister Mary-Eunace - all iconic and life giving. The beauty of Asylum lives on.
