The forementioned applies to every Ke$ha single tbh. They are all so unique and sooooo Ke$ha and that's why the Kween has so dedicated and die hard fanbase, despite it not being that big and versatile.
She can never sing the song in original and sound good doing it. I've watched a video of her singing songs she co-wrote and she was good but C'Mon was slower and sounding different.
