Honestly, I think the best thing for her to do is have a social media blackout from now until her next release. Don't announce it and invite meltdowns, just stop. Posting videos/dates is fine but keep it minimal. No rants, no comments, no fueds.

Avoiding reading any articles, posts, comments etc. at all would be advisable too. Absorb the comments, then draw a line under everything and move on.

I just got home and got a message from a friend that Applause was abot to be played, so I listened to it with my bf in bed and we were so excited!!
