FAVORITE TRACKS:
- Do What U Want
- Venus
- Applause
Why?: I've been waiting for new music from Gaga since 2011, and when she announced the release date of ARTPOP I was really excited! The album is not bad, there are a lot of amazing songs, but I miss when Gaga released "more simple" music, there are some songs that are overproduced and some lyrics are just weird! I want "The Fame" 2.0, an album full of catchy songs with catchy lyrics. This album is so much better than "Born This Way" for me, but far worse than "The Fame" or "The Fame Monster". Still this album deserves a spot in the Top 10!
Capital Cities
"In A Tidal Wave Of Mystery"
FAVORITE TRACKS:
- Safe And Sound
- Kangaroo Court
- Love Away
Why?: I can't believe Capital Cities had a mainstream hit in 2013! "Safe and Sound" is one of my favorite songs since early 2012. When they released their album I was a little bit disappointed because there were some old songs like "Kangaroo Court" or "I Sold My Bed, But Not My Stereo", I wanted only new songs... but the album was really great! Love the production of every song, an album that you need to check out!
Avicii
"True"
FAVORITE TRACKS:
- You Make Me
- Liar Liar
- Hope There's Someone
Why?: When I heard Avicii was ready to release an album I was so excited! My thoughts were: "Yass, I think my #1 album of 2013 is coming!"...Guess what, "True" is not even a Top 5 album Is not that bad, but for someone who released masterpieces like "Levels", "Silhouettes" and "I Could Be The One" this album is a piece of trash! An album full of repetitive songs that sound the same and even worse, like 4 songs with country influences that are horrible. This album is part of my top 10 because there are a few songs that are really amazing! Avicii, you need to comeback with good music please!
Por que no me avisaste que pondrias a la Queen en el epico #10? Bitch!!! Te perdono por esta vez. Pero...yas, having a several meltdown, *giggles histerically*, GODga en el Top 10, yasss!!!
Capital Cities y Avicci, buenos albums tambien. Me falto comentar tu set de los Discoveries, o algo asi. Te lo quedo debiendo.
Gaga was amazing as expected, and True is just... wow. I'll give a hint and say it will definitely be in my top 5 albums Capital Cities is brilliant too! I've been jamming to Kangaroo Court and I Sold My Bed... a lot lately
