She took 2 years and released a dance/pop album when it wasn't on trend. Whilst the material should have been stronger among other flaws in the campaign, it's performance is at least part consequence of timing.

She'd definitely benefit from a quick turn around for VOL II/album #5.

In your opinion what kind of music is the most popular? Isn't it dance/pop? The album is good. The actions from Lady Gaga and her non-existent management team are to blame.

She should have done an album with similar works and structures to masterpieces like Government Hooker, Bloody Mary, and Heavy Metal Lover. As much as I try I am not here for studio-Swine (it'll slay live though) and especially Donatella.

Adele is in another league, both commercially and musically. And yes, Lady Gaga has to promote to sell and she didn't do it right. She did promo, she was all over the tv at one point, but bad decisions has been made again and again and it resulted in this 9k fiasco.

I found it funny because in 2012 when Gaga was asked if wed get a song similar to bad romance on Artpop she said: I can do better than bad romance for Artpop. And she tried but failed. She put all her best on this album and look how it turned out

Anyway, yes, ARTPOP is officially flopping this week. Before it was doing so-so by normal standards, and poor by Gaga's, but this week is proof that Gaga needs to get her ass moving now. Get the DWUW MV out. Or get to single 3 if there's none. Get on a stage somewhere, with cameras, and do something.

What is up with her right now? When BTW we got like 5 performances a week around the US and Europe. She did so much promo and gave some of the best performances of her career but this time around it's almost like she doesn't give a crap but then moans when people drag.

Is she fully recovered? I mean.. I'd be fine with an hour long special where she just did acoustic versions of ARTPOP and Born This Way classics. She doesn't need to go all out and do messy Venus performances every week.

She has a tour with tens of thousands of tickets sold... She can't leave ARTPOP until the end of the year realistically. Gaga can't get an MV out, how on Earth would she tour and promote a new record?!
