She did promo. The Pepsi commercial and the SuperBowl. But it's been forever now since she's pushed her album so it's not like her fans saying promo would help is a lie. She has yet to perform either of her singles and after she performs "XO" at the Grammys (it's bound to happen), her album will definitely shoot back up in sales numbers, not that it's doing poorly by any stretch of the imagination.
