You could always try #1s/Greatest Hits, see which tracks you like from there and then check out the alberm? Mariah Carey/Emotions era is very different from Butterfly/Rainbow, etc. Otherwise I'd recommend Daydream, ha best album tbh.

Daydream or the Emancipation are probably the easiest ones to start with if you aren't familiar with her.
