There's plenty of INDIE artist who have demos. You don't need a million dollar for that.
Esp for someone who is very passionate about literature, music and film like LDR.
Lana has very complicated past. I can post a wall of text regarding her past but I don't want to spam.
Her parents are rich but they didn't influence her music career.
She was a bad girl with addiction problems all through out high school. She ran from home and work as a social worker in NY. And still she finds time to record music because that's her passion.
