I realized that popstars in general lack the insight necessary to make reasonable decisions in the careers. Many forget that they should not be independent entities but should appeal to the masses and in the end the struggle to compensate for this leads to their downfall. Popstars generally aren't given free reign to do as they wish a behave in manners that may be off putting for. Great examples of the perfect popstar would be certain eras for both Katy perry and Spears. Neither really challenges the pop standards and when they do happen to do it they generally flop and move on to a single that would immediately appeal to the masses. Popstars like Gaga and Christina are destine to fail at some point in there career because with each album there is a new concept which is not guaranteed to appeal to the masses. This is why pop music sucks but the pop genre is good if look through it well enough
