Although someone else told me ATRL was opened for registration for some reason when I saw you tweet on my timeline that when I decided to join so thanks my #TwitterSista
Say Something is an amazing song, those lyrics are everything, but I must confess I'm a bit tired of it aswell. Actually I'm SOOOOOO tired of Queen making those featurings, I want a solo song with a lot of promotion. We Remain doesn't count tho.
I feel like the GP is still unaware of that song though. It's only #17 on Pop radio. I actually hadn't heard it on radio till last night and I listen fairly often when I drive. (And hear like The Monster, Counting Stars, and Timber like at least 3 times whenever I drive )
I just made that number up, but being that I had to save the base from page #10 sometimes, I'm sure I wasn't too far off.
And I think the public is aware of it. My mom, who is oblivious to current music, told me a few weeks ago that she liked the new Christina song she heard on the radio. It's definitely being played, maybe just more on HAC radio at the moment.
'SS' still has life left in it, just not for the fans who listened to it on the first day of release. We're naturally bored of it. The GP is still here for it.
I swear though, if it ends up getting blocked by 'Dark Horse'...
I think I actually heard of A Great Big World before Say Something came out though. I didn't remember the band name but I remember hearing This Is The New Year and I thought it was kind of terrible Is their album already leaked/previews up yet?

Yeah, I think the older HAC public probably knows the song already since it's already Top 10 there, but many Pop listeners probably don't know it yet. Someone made a thread here the other day too asking about songs people had never heard, and everyone here was like "I've never heard Say Something on the radio or at all"
