Exactly, Roar and The Monster were getting 4, 5 millions updates everyday. XO is currently getting 0.5 or 1M. Not what I would call BIG.
Regarding XO's status, I would say it's about time she started promo. The no promo thing works for albums but it literally does nothing to get your single played on the radio
