i didn't know if i wanted to have a Promo single before the second single cause it would make it lose some of the attention on it if that makes sense

I thought about that too but I think that if she has one promo single that isn't radio friendly but shows a different side to her then it could actually be better for her and album sales. Also only one, not two. You saw what happened to both Katy and Gaga with their two promo singles.

I don;t want a Born To Die style digipack tho, I mean the Born To Die one doesn't want to close when it's opened it's so annoying it keeps on opening a bit, i just want a TTT style LIMITED edition Digipack with foil on it's cover which could be like a Platinum edition. The deluxe can still be a jewel case
