Well pretty much all of Western society embraces feminism in terms of gender equality at this point.
There's a lot to lose by associating yourself with radical feminism, but yeah, feminism in itself is pretty safe, because it's a concept most of us can agree on.
You'll actually get criticized the most by annoying social justice warriors with blogs talking about how you're "NOT A REAL FEMINIST"
