She needs that big smash. Daft Punk were also at 1.3 million after two weeks, they did have a (huge) hit, and they fell off Mediatraffic at 2.9 million.

It's really not that easy to do "legendary" numbers these days. And if she's not far ahead of people like Bruno and P!nk, or even Rihanna, then no this album changed nothing.

Neither does anything else on BEYONCÉ. And no they didn't, but the effect of promo on album sales is negligible. The promo only helps if it kick starts a hit single, which then in turn drives album sales.
