I think I got a hacked(?) Porygon-Z from the GTS. The little blue pentagon isn't there, a pokeball appears next to it. And it says that it seems to have traveled across both space and time in order to reach the Kalos region.

That means it was transferred. It could be hacked.
Pentagon = Made/Bred or Caught in Kalos Region and are eligible in tournaments. It doesn't necessarily means its hacked.
And that Pokeball is probably really a Smjley Face = Pokerus but IDK.

If it's the Pokeball when you search for a Pokemon that means you have caught it/have dex entry.
Shouldn't bred pokemon be hatched in a normal pokeball? I just got some Charmander's which were supposedly hatched and are at level 1 but are in different ball types and have odd movesets

Now Females pass over Balls, so If it can be caught it passes that ball. And those moves are egg moves.

No, since Gen VI pokémon can be bred in the same Pokéball as one of their parents.
Do Pokčmon that are bred get more EXP than the wild ones that you catch? Because my Charizard gets more EXP and levels up faster than my Pokčmon that I caught. I got it as a Charmander at level 1.

There was a Shiny Legit Rayquaza Giveaway, and you can SR for them, so theres a chance they might be legit, but may be hacked as well.
That's what I initially thought, but I just find stupid giving a softreseted shiny Rayquaza for just an Entei or Suicune, unless you have a bunch of them.
