Toxic is easily more "iconic," but they're both terrible songs and probably the worst singles in their respective catalogs, with "Starships" being slightly more listenable.

I'm 20 and I live in the US and I only heard "Toxic" for the first time two years ago and that was only because I checked it out at the behest of the Army, which was raving about it. I was not impressed.
