The fact that it was released after the Scandal finale was the most intelligent thing of the whole thing and I didn't see people talking about it. The demo of the show is basically hers too and everybody was on twitter talking about the finale after so, when she released the album everybody became aware at the same time. Genius

Lorde's album flopping worldwide is a surprise tho. Lana sold almost 5 million without a huge hit like Royals. I know Pure Heroine is not as good as Born To Die but her WW numbers are awful
