What my Note was referring to is while I expect the challenge tasks for your team to be worked on the people I assigned them too, The Team itself can take charge of who does what task without any input from myself. That leadership I did not define, but in a group there is always a leader somewhere.
You could also think I was your team leader and I just broke off the tasks to the different members as I see fit for the Team to get the job done well. The Winner of this challenge isn't team members
Its the whole team that has to win
