ARTPOP did about 80 during its release week, Prism about 70. Britney Jean didn't even come close to those numbers but One Direction's second week blocked her in a lot of places. Also, ARTPOP went #1 in like 55 countries when it was up for pre-order and Eminem's second week kinda hurt Gaga from going #1 in more places. But yeah, it looks like Bey will have the highest debut for a female WW.
