This is from several pages ago but I happened to have the page open before I went to bed, so lemme respond.

Get your holier-than-thou ass back to banland already, please. You don't know me. I hated Judas from the second it leaked (and I correctly predicted it would flop)

The fact that it basically ruined the BTW era is just icing on the cake. If my opinion was dictated by success Gaga would be literally the only person I have left to stan for, heaux.
Now back to ARTPOP. I was thinking about this earlier today, this is almost the same situation No Doubt were in (except their's was probably far worse

). 5 years after their huge success with Tragic Kingdom, their fourth album totally flopped and I'm sure people thought they had peaked and were over. In the end though, it still went platinum, and more importantly it was followed by their fifth album which was basically a new peak for them. There's a light at the end of the tunnel guys, don't worry

Although I still think ARTPOP can sell well after DWUW and (presumably) Gypsy smash!
Speaking of No Doubt/Gwen though, one thing that I think really helped Gwen was that she did collaborations with Moby and Eve. I really wish Gaga's feature on Bitch Don't Kill My Vibe had worked out, would've been some great "cool points" for her. The perception that it's not "cool" to like her anymore is really the biggest thing standing in her way, imo.
