Exciting! If the promotion (video, AMAs, GMA) works well, they could potentially hit #1 on iTunes. They have a bit to climb but they also have a large mount of promotion coming up in a short amount of time so it's definitely a possibility. Again; exciting!

Songs often slow down when they reach this area of the chart (#15-#11). It's a very common experience for many tracks with a lot of power (like "Timber" has). It usually wears off once they hit the lower portion of the top 10, sometimes sooner.
