i don't think she's winning artist of the year. I think thats Justin's award. The Unapologetic era wasn't a Loud or Good Girl Gone Bad. I think them giving her the Icon Award is them saying you won the award but this isn't your year lets just honor you to compensate.

I was very disappointed in the level of participation this year for the Navy awards. I guess my day of being the head of the committee has come to an end this is my last year doing it Im gonna have to relinquish my ranks to someone able to do so. I had a lot of fun though. Nominees come out tonight. Theres still time to submit ballots if you haven't already I haven't tallied the votes yet.
