The writer is saying had she dropped the album earlier, they would be fine with another 4, an album beyond Goat's capabilities, yet devoid of a BB100 hit single.
Now as there have been delays he wouldn't be happy with that and wants more than quality. There is nothing about relevance here, it's all about his desire for another CiL/SL hit.
The lack of comprehension is startling.
