I see where u are going with this but u have to understand that Katy & Lana are both local. One is local because one only shows star power in Anglo-Saxan markets (though Prism is not even in the top 50 on UK iTunes so I guess that's questionable as well) and the other one is local because she is pretty much an unknown entity in the biggest & most important music market in the world.
