Sexxx Dreams would need a Swinefest radio edit to be a single, G.U.Y is a better choice Gypsy should be the last single to be honest. Dope could actually do pretty well I think

because it's exactly that, POP perfection. BTW was a sappy, 80s-inspired album full of stuff to make critics praise it for being progressive. also gaga was at her prime so it was less likely to question gaga's ability. it has nothing to do with what jayyy said, it's all politics.

Gaga got her ass kissed for a long time, and now that the novelty has worn off it is though critics are determined more than other to bring her down a peg or two. I don't think she'll be praised until she shows that she is resillant and becomes somewhat of a veteran in the industry.

Yeah, but I just don't get how can the critics consider "an 80s inspired album" progressive and a EDM one not

This album has her best productions imho. They are clean, without "weird" noises and kinda more progressive than BTW's ones... I'm trying to be objective and I really think that is overall a better album than BTW.

I knew this would kinda be her lowest album but not his low... I mean shes at the point of her career where she can NOT be lackluster or give any half ass. Her next era has to be SMASHING. For her to get away from these daggers. I can agree with some critics that the album gets pretty dull it will not hold me over tbh. I need Artpop ll in like March.
