She does mention she is doing all the background vocals on "Every Christmas" She said everyone loved her background vocals so they kept them. And that was the first song she wrote for the album.

She asked Ronnie Dunn to sing with her at a party, lol.
"Silent Night" wasn't supposed to end a capella. Her videographer (Weiss) asked them to go back and do it acapella so he could film it. And Kelly loved it so much she decided to end the album with that.
