Taylor Swift and her on-stage boyfriend starred in “Bye Bye Birdie” for the Berks Youth Theatre Academy in 2001. They even had this promotional shot taken.
David Wild also said "Taylor Swift takes a song millions know and love all around the world and makes you hear it in a whole new way in a gorgeous version that finds her joined by two of music's finest singer and players anywhere, Alison Krauss and Vince Gill."
It sounds like a cover version. "Red" isn't really a song loved by millions?

Back in August here's what Sam Bush had to say about Taylor.
(Interviewer) TV can be a great outlet. Radio certainly isn’t so reliable anymore.
(Sam) Yeah, and I think it’s always been that way. I think that some of the great jazz players in the ‘60s must have been wondering, what the hell is all this stuff on the radio, and why is that good music. There’s always been that division in music, where you have people saying, “I can’t believe people listen to that.” I’ve had people tell me, “Well, you’re not playing music like Taylor Swift.” Well, Taylor Swift isn’t playing for us. She’s playing for a generation of really young people and they all relate to the subject matter, and the type of music she’s doing, and she writes it all herself, and I think she’s damn good. It doesn’t appeal to me, but she’s not writing it to sell to me. She has her audience, and it isn’t at all like the one that people like me play for.
End quote.
It'll be interesting to see what he has to say after playing for her on CMA's
A couple brazilian blogs are saying taylor is performing at the Dec 10 Victoria's Secret show. Kinda doubting this I hadn't heard of it from anyone else
