It is, isn't it? But it doesn't sound like a will.i.am production (well, it kinda sounds like fashion beats but the overall vibe). Gaga is at her best when she works with producers who are thirsty for hits & somewhat know how to get those hits (RedOne, Guetta & will.i.am) because then her weird and nonsense lyrics and awkward vocal delivery balance out. See Gypsy, a song co-written by RedOne, being another ARTPOP highlight.
