Popularity and amount of hits as someone else said. It's hit after hit with her. Had she put out a Greatest Hits out this Christmas she would've slayed everybody. People are actually taking her seriously now too with her Grammy performance, and even her touring numbers are good now. Her album sales are mediocre for the amount of hits she gets but Loud was bigger than 4 + BTW, and TTT + Unapologetic still sold 3m+. It adds up. Every rapper wanting her voice on their songs helps too, just more and more hits for her. Her streaming power is mighty impressive too.

The music industry right now is more singles driven =/= Single sales are more important than album sales, record labels still try their hardest to sell the albums for a reason.
