Being condescending is funny, to an extent, but Omarosa goes over the top and it's cringe-worthy and bully-ish. I don't get her infatuation with antagonizing the talk show host on said talk show host's show, and think people will like her for it; it's annoying and unbecoming. I will say, however, that her small jab with her saying "white women can be mediocre" was hilarious. That was oh so sweet.
Ms. Bethenny handled herself with class, unlike Omarosa, who was clearly never taught that it was impolite to speak over others, especially on their own damn talk show. Omarosa has no business, meanwhile Bethenny steady raking in them coins and continues to build her enterprise.

You and others comparing the business acumen of the two are missing the point. Bethenny taunting Omorosa about not having a brand would be the equivalent of Kim K dragging Karinne Steffans or Kim dragging Nicole Narain for not getting as rich and famous as Kim is off of her sex tape (with Colin Farrell). The thing is, Ryan Secrest wasn't knocking down Nicole's door to star in her own show on E! after her tape came out. Hell, Nicole's tape was with an actual A list star. Apparently a white woman doesn't need to bed a A-list star to get a multi-million dollar come up, all she has to do is get peed on by Ray-J. Mediocrity at its finest. That's what Omarosa was saying with her comments. Race almost always plays a role in what opportunities will be offered to you. Like Kim, Bethenny was allowed to get a come up in ways that are usually only availed to whites, no matter how unexceptional they may be.
Now, as I understand, Bethenny called Omarosa a prostitute on another show, and that's how this argument precipitated. Why then was the onus being placed on Omarosa to keep it cute after being insulted in such a manner?

I think you're actually the one missing the point. To make the step from reality TV personality to brand people need to like you. People need to have liked you on reality TV to want to support you. People loved Bethenny which is why she was able to build a huge brand and later cover Forbes.
I mean it doesn't really matter that Omarosa is black when for years she was on the Apprentice acting like this:

So, Omarosa is the only chick to behave badly on reality tv, and there are no ill behaved white reality show personalities that are well liked and have million dollar brands. Noted. I've never even seen Teen Mom, but I sure did see Farrah Abraham's "16 and Pregnant" episode, how bratty she was, and the way she talked to her mother. I've read enough blogs to know that she also has branded products, in addition to her sex tape. I've never seen Jersey Shore, but I know enough about them to know that they would get into fights and be rude on camera, yet they have multiple endorsements/brands/products as well.
Rudeness/bluntness, brattiness is more "likeable" on whites than it is on blacks. It isn't just a coincidence that practically all of the top grossing reality show personalities are white. So Omarosa's being black does have something to do with it.
It's not even cute, she just makes all black women look mean and loud and ghetto and I assure we are not. She thinks being well spoken makes you SMART. Jackass
Speaking about being "Catty" when she called the lady Mediocre and try to say she didn't mean it like that then say le't see where the show will be in 1 year, what an utterly bitter woman.
Why is it that people don't say that women like Oprah, Michelle Obama, Dianne Carroll, Angela Bassett, etc., make black women look good? People like you will choose one woman or a handful of women that do something you deem negative and state that they represent millions. Like others pointed out, Omaraosa was neither loud or ghetto. Omarosa isn't cut from a "ghetto" cloth. Ugh @ your racism, generalizations and ignorance.
