Black parents adopting white children in the US is almost non-existent for a reason. I'm on my phone so I can't post the link but I read an article recently about a black couple talking about their experience adopting a little white girl...they said pretty much every day when they're walking around with their daughter they get ugly/strange looks, have had people approach their daughter in public asking her if she's ok and just generally experience a barrage of microageessions from white people constantly because of it. Of course this stems from the systematic racism black people face in America and how out of place it seems to many whites for a black couple to be the "saviour" of a white child instead of the other way around.

I certainly hope Sandra, Madonna, Angelina, etc are educated on racism and realize that their child will have significantly different life experiences because they are black and that racism (from subtle comments to violent acts) can still happen and does happen no matter how much money and social status you have.
