Okay, so I have a HUGE question regarding my order.
I pre-ordered my ARTPOP album which will come with the foil.

However, how come in the US we only can pre-order the regular edition, but the UK & etc. can pre-order the deluxe?
I mean they get the iTunes Festival DVD plus the whole CD with their package from my understanding.
