Just breed them, you don't need a special item or anything. Females can pass it down through any breeding method (same species, egg group, and Ditto) but Serebii says males only pass w/ Ditto (presumably because in other methods, the female nature overrides the male). Females pass w/ a 60% chance, males at a lesser chance; the percentage isn't known rn.
