If you look at her naturally, she isn't ugly. She purposely makes herself look ugly sometimes (CDFA Fashion awards, when she mentored on American Idol, Alejandro video, BTW video), practically everyone can make themselves look unattractive by doing certain things.
I just googled 'Lady Gaga before she was famous' and this was the first pic that came up, and she isn't what you'd call ugly. Posting pics of her making herself look ugly on purpose are redundant when she doesn't actually have an ugly face.

She NEEDS to come for Madonna's age though. It's her Achilles' Heel obviously. It would be like driving a knife though her aged, slow-beating heart. I could see Madge developing 5 new wrinkles and tufts of white hair out of rage and insecurity with just one tweet.
The original Wizard of Oz is local as hell too though, the Oz Great and Powerful numbers are just a bit of evidence for it. For a huge CGI-heavy Disney film that was big in the States it underperformed around the world.
Wizard of Oz has only moderate impact outside of English-speaking countries, people know of it but it's far from the iconic classic it is in the States

Even before fame Gaga wasn't that flattering to the eye. She's average. You monsters should stop, you don't have to find everything about her amazing. I like her but her "beauty" aint all that.
