Rules and Guidelines
1. I have provided a list of every generation's Pokémon in the OP of this thread.
2. Each Pokémon will be rated from 0 (bad) to 10 (great)
3. No trolling; for example giving all/ the majority of the Pokémon less than 5 points or all 10's
4. When you're done rating every Pokémon, PM your list to me.
5. EVERYONE CAN PARTICIPATE!
