You guys were complaining when the era was stalled. Now that there is an actual promo campaign it is a "mess." I didn't want any promo singles, but I also thought Applause would have gotten another life

Also we haven't heard the studio versions of the Swine Fest songs. Unless the album leaks before the 4th, we won't hear any of them - sans Dope. There is still an element of surprise. It is no different than any of her past eras.

At this point I would've preferred if there were no promo singles though, because it is gonna affect the sales and promotion of the second single, they are too close to each other... I get why she wants and does this, but lets hope it doesn't have a negative effect on the era

I do care, that's also why I stopped to play any of the Swine songs like 2 weeks ago, because of the fear of them being barely different on the album. I hope I'm wrong tho.

Promo singles are going to be great for album sales. If Venus clicks with the GP, it's going to do good regardless of the promo singles.

We don't even know if Venus will do well. She better hype and shake up things with the promo singles just in case. I would say the promo singles schedule is a mess, but there's a possibility Venus underperforms so she better have a plan B and C. Do What You Want and Dope could save ha. Besides, she needs to revive her digital power, she better release them songs!

Trudging through this thread is a damn mess!

Who gives a flying **** about sales and positions just to use as receipts for when other members try to come for Gaga? Who. ****ing. Cares. It's about the music. We've waited two years... a rollercoaster of teasing and then a media blackout, now that we're finally getting bombarded with information and promo it's "too much." Nah, **** that.

The album is less than a month from release. We're getting three new (official) songs before it. We will have heard all of them but five by the time ARTPOP is released? You're counting the Swine Fest songs are HQ and final studio versions? BYE. We've heard two snippets that don't even equal a minute together.

We're getting a ****ing interactive app with this album. Nobody is coming for Gaga after this.

Get your ***es in gear because this fickle business is just unnecessary because you know you're going to be bopping this **** like you never doubted Gaga when it drops anyway. And when it smashes? That'll just be icing on the cake for all the doubters.
