Nope! You can mega evolve the same turn you're using a move
I'm so conflicted D: Ralts (eventually a Gardevoir) or Meowstic?! I kinda wanted to do all gen 6 pokemon team for my first play through but Gardevoir is my fav pokemon D:
Also, I looked at the chart of vivillons and changed my location before I started the game to chile so i could get the marine vivillon

gvbhjnkmkjn he's in Camphier town perched in the poke center. I found him accidentally a few hours ago.
I'm shocked other people don't notice him but I talk to all the townspeople anyway.
