That's the infamous tweet. I didn't write too much into it, people change their opinions real quick and she was saying that after the whole Modest management dispute mess, which has settled now and why work so hard and desperately to get into the spotlight and then call it quits after roughly 2 albums of music? Her tweets are very dubious too, serving Cher realness on a daily basis, so chill kids and enjoy the new single jeez.
