I'm pretty sure that Aura "leak" is just the demo mashed up with the new verses. The first verse is higher quality than the rest of the song
And that Brooklyn Nights snippet has been out for a while

That TEA snippet is confirmed fake. I'm convinced it's just the same person making fake snippets over and over cause the person sounds the same.
