This might be a stupid question but have you ever tried to use photoshop to make gifs before? Because I had no idea how to use photoshop at all but I downloaded it and kind of figured it out for myself. My first couple gifs were probably crap because I wasn't 100% sure what I was doing but you get more comfortable with it. You could also look on tumblr for tutorials. For whatever reason photoshop doesn't work on my laptop anymore and it's really frustrating

I tried once years ago. I was trying to edit pictures, but all I could manage to do was change the colors.

I guess I could give it a try again. Why doesn't it work on your laptop anymore?

Open photoshop > File > Import > Video Frames to Layers

Easy as pie.

I find it easier to load the video directly, cut it up how I want, then click "Save for Web".

I don't even know, I've uninstalled it and downloaded it again from different sources and each time it says something was wrong with the application manager?? I looked for solutions on the internet and nothing worked
