Knight Stivender: Meet Nashville Lifestyles' new publisher
From time to time in this spot, I like to interview the people who normally conduct all the interviews: the writers, editors and other creative people behind our publications. Today I’d like to introduce you to Brian Barry, the new publisher of our sister magazine, Nashville Lifestyles. His folks just published their annual “Most Beautiful People” edition, which they celebrated with a very pretty party at Music City Tippler last week.

If you could have any local celebrity show up at one of your Nashville Lifestyles parties, who would it be?
I can’t pick one. I mean, I would love for any of the cast of “Nashville” to show up because they do a great job representing the city and I hope they enjoy and are exposed to what Nashville really is all about. Truthfully, I might die if Taylor Swift or Kelly Clarkson walked into one of our parties. I mean, I would. I would die. I am not starstruck easily, but those two are tied at my first-place crush spot.
