I would be surprised if she doesn't go on Ellen. Ellen loves her and she's Kelly's favorite. Ellen was the only US talk show she sang CMB at. She performed 3 times on Ellen in 2011, so I don't think they'd have a problem having Kelly promote WIR and then a month(s) later promote the next single.

The guest co-host doesn't have their own interview, they just talk about the hot topics and sit during the interviews. It'll most likely be the OUATIW people and Kelly being interviewed.
