Only in the US, and even then there are some stations who play the original.
Outside the US it's mainly played as Work Bitch so 90% of people who are aware of the song know it as that.

I care because if i wasn't a stan and searched for the song i wouldn't even know it had a video.
There's no reason for the title to be censored like that.
